TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Ordering

After submitting the order form you will not be requested to make any payment until I have reviewed your order.

Payment & Postage

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide, containing your invoice and PayPal payment request.

This request will come in the form of a hyperlink to a secure payment form provided by PayPal where you can enter your credit/debit card details.

I will then produce and email your poem as a draft for any amendment to make it ready for final dispatch in selected format.

Payment in currencies other than pounds sterling will be calculated according to exchange rates at the time of order.

UK mailed items will be sent by First Class Post.  Postage&Packing charges are as follows: £3 for framed poem / £0.75 for personalised greetings card.
